Refund policy

Thank you so much for shopping with us. Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on the Silk bonnets. As all Bonnets are made to order, I am unable to offer exchanges or refunds at this time.

Shipping policy

All items are Handmade Please allow 3-5 working days for the production of the bonnets. This is subject to stock availability, if there are any dispatch delays you will be notified.

Production times may change dependent on the volume of orders. During busy periods production time may increase to 7 days.

All items are sent using a Royal Mail Signed service. Which we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days within the UK and 7-10 working days worldwide. Once the item has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. Please contact Royal Mail regarding any issues with delivery. Due to COVID-19 some areas are experiencing severe disruption with postal services.
